  I had never worked with a travel agent before, but was feeling overwhelmed about planning my trip to Europe. My partner and I had a limited window of time and it was only 3 months away. Linda at Burr Travel made everything so easy. After speaking with her on the phone about what I was looking for, I set up an appointment. When I walked in the door, she had two options ready for me that were exactly in line with what I had asked. She spent several hours with me, pricing out different dates, and details, until it was just right and I booked it there and then. In no way did I feel pressured to book. Linda was quite clear that I should take all the time I needed to think it over. I'm just decisive. When there was a slight issue with the vendor (not at all Linda's fault) that resulted in the price being slightly higher than the quote, she immediately got them back on the phone, prepared for battle. She said if they couldn't fix it, she would discount the price on her end, and even when they DID fix the problem (a simple switch of hotels), she still gave me a discount. You will not find better customer service. I was the only client in the office at the time, so the other staff members would chime in occasionally to our discussion. I would trust any of them to book my next trip. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They genuinely want you to have a fabulous trip. I will be using Burr Travel again in the future, and I highly recommend them!

  I love to rent my kayak's from this place, they are always very nice and helpful and if you bring the kayak back a little late they don't mind as long, as its not busy, also I love to kayak to bird island and on the outskirts of the town. Its really nice!!!

  I was with State Farm for one year. This Auto insurance Statefarm are very irresponsible and they are Money Hungry they will trick you into signing up with their Auto insurance saying is Cheap and then they will start raising your Premium little by Little in big Amounts.They are a high risk Auto insurance if other customers have accidents State Farm will increase your premium like is your fault.I needed road service twice from State Farm they never showed up.The last thing they did to me is not refund my money back from 10 days Premium of insurance I did not use when I cancelled with them don't be fooled by State Farm they will rob you. Everything will seem nice at first when you start with them.

  Susan Kogon made my busy past week so much more enjoyable during my search for a new apartment. Not only did she have one that suits my needs and wants but also kept in touch with me along that process despite having competitive list of candidates for the same place .I work in finance and communication for me is the key. It was a great pleasure to see that it is for other professionals like Susan. It made the process effortless. I saw the place in the evening one night and that same night by 10 pm had e- mail from Susan with tenant’s application. Susan took me from one apartment to another twice to show the differences and let me soak in each place before making decision. By character I am very eloquent and ask a lot of questions especially when going into something new and Susan answered each of them extensively and in timely manner. The lady called me on Sunday evening, just few hours after I left voicemail in reference to the apartment. I am sure those were after office hours and that was a nice gesture. The phone call could have waited by Monday, but it didn’t. It was my curiosity to search the site and God’s blessing it wasn’t already taken, but it was by the most part , Susan’s help with the process and painless lease. Very thankful and satisfied. I am scheduled to move in in just few weeks. Looking forward to! Thank you Susan and Distinctive properties!
